Shopping Cart setup option

It would be nice to have a "Shopping Cart" set up feature (check box) in ShopSite Manager/Pro that would indicate:

"A Shopping Cart which displays/offers a "SHIPPING" Rate Option (even if $0) must have a U.S. Zip Code."

This would allow products that have NO SHIPPING CHARGES to be sold Internationally while those orders which HAVE computed shipping charges (even if the displayed "Shipping" is $0), to be limited to U.S. Zip Codes.

How are you going to know if it is a US zip code? Many countries in Europe have postal codes that are the same as US zip codes.

I can't understand what you are trying to do. You want to charge shipping to US customers but not to international customers?

Please describe in more detail what you are wanting to do and how that would benefit other ShopSite merchants.
