Packing Slip option to change words "No Shipping Addres

I use the Order Packing Slip to create a customer sales slip to go with packaging, I copy the Packing Slip HTML and insert into a custom HTML form (maybe archaic, but I am not a programmer to create an automated API). When the Shipping and Billing address are the same, the Packing Slip uses the words "No shipping address specified".

The words are inaccurate. I always have to retype them to my preference "Ship to: Same". Can we have a field to customize these words?
