Foreign Country Shipping

Using ShopSite® 64-bit Pro 15.0 r3, hosted by Lexiconn

I'm using "Flat Base Each Shipping" in Commerce Setup > Shipping

Options are Free, Standard, Canada, All Other Countries

For my customers in non-USA based countries, they can still select "Standard" which is meant only for USA based customers.

In ShopSite > Commerce Setup > States and Countries we can choose/disable "Free Shipping" and it would be nice if somehow we could also disable other shipping options so they only see the options relevant to their country, or at least only the two international options (Canada, All Other Countries)
