It does not appear that Shopsite has support for .webp images. I cannot see that type of image file format in the back office when I FTP them to the media folder. Yet, I can work with them in Gimp Image Manipulation Program and see them in both Firefox, Chrome, and Edge browsers. This new format is starting to take hold on the internet because they have a smaller file size offering faster loads for web pages, and are sharper and superior to jpg and gif. Please add this feature to future upgrades for Shopsite. Thank you.
