#1 It would also be nice to exclude products from the discount schedule in a similar fashion, with a simple checkbox.
For example, Shun does not allow discounts on their knives. The price is the price, they set it. So I disable it from coupons. But I cannot disable it from a discount schedule so I need to take it off the site when offering discounts.

#2 it Would be nice to have an expiration of a discount schedule, like we have for coupons. I offer a 20% discount on orders over $100, but only for a week. To have that automatically expire, and reset everything to the defaults, would be helpful.
