Yes, Bitcoin and other digital currencies are not ready for prime time at this stage of their development. However, robust progress is being made, and ultimately, these payment methods are likely to supersede Visa, MasterCard and other conventional payment methods.

I understand why ShopSite has not chosen to develop these alternative payment systems until now, but I would like to see this functionality available at the first reasonable opportunity.
