Coupons - Minimum order and items

We have many situations where we want a customer to purchase specific items in order to use a discount coupon. Example - buy these selected items and use coupon code XYZ to receive a discount on the selected items (or the entire order - depending on the situation). Currently I am only aware that it looks at cart value. This would make coupons much more valuable to product promotion. Thanks!
