Coupon Enhancement

We're in desperate need of an enhanced coupon module that will do things like:

1. A coupon for all products (site-wide) that are not on sale.
2. A coupon for all Nike products that are not on sale.
3. A coupon for all products where the product price > $80.
4. A coupon for products where gender = female
5. A coupon for products where extra product field = 3.

We're currently manually assigning these items to the coupon(s), but it's an enormous headache to re-program them every time we add a new product to the website. We add a dozen or so products each day, so manually adding these products to each coupon is becoming problematic.
