Search Feature to Find Code in Templates & Includes

I occasionally have to implement simple code changes and often spend more time, than I would like to, to determine which template or include the code I want to change is in. I would like a search feature that would allow me to enter a bit of code such as our GA tracking code and have the result tell me which template or include it is in.
