Need to see ALL orders placed including pending and declined

It would be a huge improvement if ShopSite customers could see not only completed orders, but pending and declined orders as well.

Ran into a situation today where the customer paid for an overnight order using a Paypal eCheck. We didn't have visibility to the order as the eCheck took days to clear. If we were able to see pending orders, we could have called him right away to suggest a credit card payment instead. We are losing a good customer because of this issue.

Also, if we had visibility to orders where the credit card was declined, we could follow up with the potential customer to possibly save a sale. Many credit cards are declined for reasons that can be corrected easily.

Visibility to abandoned carts would be an added bonus giving us the ability to follow-up and possibly convert it to a sale.

As of right now, ShopSite customers are flying "blind" to many sales opportunities.

Regarding the PayPal situation, you can set your PayPal account to not accept check payments, you could also switch to PayPal Express Checkout instead of PayPal Website Payments Standard. With PayPal Express Checkout you should see the PayPal check payments in ShopSite right away, with a note that says that it is still pending (in fact, in ShopSite Pro you can even search orders on 'PayPal Pending' or 'PayPal Complete', which will only find orders placed via PayPal Express that are pending or complete, respectively).

As far as cart abandonment goes, Lexiconn has a 'Cart Abandonment Module' for ShopSite Pro (see http://www.lexiconn.com/ecommerce/shops ... nment.html) but I am not sure if it provides any shopper contact information or if it is available if you host somewhere else.
