Email autoresponder to generate repeat sales

I switched from another shopping cart and miss a feature that was available to me. It was an automatic email autoresponder that allowed me to generate automatic emails to customers who had purchased an item two weeks earlier. In the email, I offered a discount for a repeat purchase.

In all, it generated repeat sales from many of my customers. I was really happy with it. Some of the features of the autoresponder were:
