Enable Product Specific Flat Rate Shipping

Need an option to set flat rate shipping for a product. When this is set, no additional shipping charge will be calculated when this item is ordered. If other items are ordered with this flat-rate item, the shipping that is set-up for the other items will be calculated as normal.
