ShopSite v12 r2 Maintenance Release

[ShopSite David]

ShopSite version 12 revision 2 (v12 r2) is now available for Windows Server, FreeBSD and Linux. This is the first release of v12 on Windows Server. The FreeBSD and Linux releases have also been updated to include previously released patches and any fixes incorporated into r2.
