ShopSite v10 has been released

ShopSite v10 has been released. Some of the new features in this
release include:

* HTML Editor
* Doba Drop Shipping
* Multiple Shipping Carriers
* Value Added Tax (VAT/GST)
* Remote Orders Database
* And the following Pro features added to Manager:
- Google Analytics
- Custom Page/Product Fields
- Page Sort in Manager
