I would like to edit the contents of this form, add in code and re-arrange the layout. I wasnt able to find an example of this being discussed which applied to what I am asking for.

Is what I am wanting possible?

I don't believe that there are tags to get the indvidual elements of the form.
What I would try is using the html which is generated by that tag (and the closing tag) and then manipulate the form fields as needed and hard code that into the template in the place where the template tag would have been. Sometimes this works with template tags and sometimes it doesn't it would be worth giving it a try.
