Are there any tutorials or instructions that explain how and when to use the mobile tags in order to make a site mobile?? I'm using PRO 11 with the latest release.

The best thing to do would be to look at the ShopSite provided templates as they contain the code for mobile devices. The ShopSite mobile templates start with mb_
