Upload a File

Is it possible to allow customers to upload a file in the shopping cart that will associate itself with their order?

There is nothing built into ShopSite to allow uploading a file by a shopper.

I understand there is nothing built in, but I was told that it is not possible to do at all within the cart. Is it possible if done with programming, or is it true that something like that can't be integrated with the ShooSit cart?

There is a feature called Order API that allows you to write a script that will be executed by the thankyou.cgi after the order has finalized. It might be possible to do something in that script that would allow the shopper to upload a file but I am not aware of how that would be done.
