I just ran a site map generator and found broken links in my custom shopping cart template.

The broken links are below....

It seems the links are broken because for some reason the links add www.horsemomssupplements.com in front of the link so the link (after you click it) appears in the url TWICE

Heres 1 example of the broken link as it appears in the site map report.

Thats why I'm getting a broken link.

Can you tell me how to correct that?

The links don't help see what the problem is. We need to see the page the links are on and the code in the template that is generating the page.

You might be using both a template tag and the actual url in the same line of the template or two template tags together, Something like
<form action="[-- SHOPPING_CART_URL BASE --][-- PRODUCT.AddToCartURL --]/order.cgi" method=post>
...
</form>

It could also be that you have nested forms so one form isn't completed before the next begins.

It could be that you have a webserver redirect that is changing the none secure url of
http://www.horsemomssupplements.com to the secure url https://www.horsemomssupplements.com but it was done incorrectly so it appends the two urls together.
