Custom Design Work Requests

I am new to ShopSite Pro and am looking to install a custom or semi-custom template. Someone at ShopSite said I could basically use any template, but that there are special tags that would have to be added to make it compatible with Shopsite. I have absolutely no experience with CSS and installing custom tags to make the templates work with ShopSite, and so would like to hire a professional.

I am already aware of the Certified ShopSite designer and developer directories, and have made contact with several of them; but would like to expand my reach. I am looking for either a professional-looking template design that someone with ShopSite experience could install for me; or a template that I find on my own that someone with ShopSite experience could install for me.
