minicart doesn't maintain count and balance between pages

My shopsite site; http://queenofangelsjax.com/store/index.html, doesn't pick up the minicart items and balances when moving around pages, especially when returning to home. any help would be appreciated

The minicart will only work on pages that are accessed via URLs with the same domain as your shopping cart. Your shopping cart is on the domain shopsite.ipower.com, so the minicart will only work on pages that are accessed via a subdomain of .ipower.com.
