Product MORE INFO page not being created

Hi all,

I am new to ShopSite but after reading through the various help sections for
the More Info page and experimenting with different setups, I STILL cannot
make the product photo or title change into a link to the More Info page.
What am I doing wrong or forgetting to set?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What version of ShopSite and what product level (Pro, Manager or
Starter)? The MoreInfo page functionality is only in Pro and Manager
level stores, not Starter.

To configure the settings go to the Edit Product Info screen and near
the bottom of the screen you will see settings for the More Info pages.
A check box to enable the feature, a text box for description, an
image selection area and a place to put in the file name if desired.
Once these options are set simply republishing the store will generate
the More Info pages.

If you are using Custom Templates you will need to make sure that you
create the appropriate code to make the link if the product is
designated to have a More Info Page. You can see examples in the help
of how to do this.

Hi Di,
If the product is not associated with a page, i.e. no selection in the "In
These Pages" field, the more information page will not be generated. I have
a test page that I use whenever I create a product that I'm working on but
don't want to make available in a live page.
