a Week ago i started having problems billing the orders throught shopsite.
Here is the message I get when I try to bill from the order screen anyone
know what the problem is?. It was working fine one day and then poof.

Order Name Company Amount Status
1111 Name withheld 100.00 NOT billed

Credit Card Processing Failure

----------------------------------------------------------------------------
----

The order was not processed.

Error message as follows:
Error Code: (nil)
Error Message: Request does not adhere to the DTD. Please correct and send
again

What payment gateway are you using?

It appears that Paymentech made changes, tightening some parameters, on
the application that ShopSite communicates with when processing orders.
Their changes may have prevented orders from being placed and/or billed
in certain situations. We have made a change to in ShopSite version 7.1
to fix the issue from the ShopSite side.

If you have experienced this problem you can resolve the issue by
upgrading to ShopSite 7.1. See shopsite.com for the press release about
