JCB Cards...

I read that Shopsite does not allow JCB cards to be processed like
Visa/MC cards. Is this going to change in the future? One of our
competitors accepts them, and this really drives me nuts... haha. I
read on the JCB site that they have 45 million cardholders. VeriSign
works with JCB as well.

Just a thought! Since not a lot of sites accept them, it would
differentiate us from many other sites to the JCB cardholders. One more
way to get the extreme competitive advantage!

You could add it using one of the Generic Payment Options (Configure the
text for them in Preferences -> Store Text -> Checkout, and turn them on
in Commerce Setup -> Payment) and then process the JCB orders manually
through VeriSign's web terminal.

That's a good point... how do we find out what features are upcoming?

I was also thinking of accepting JCB and would like to find out if/when it
will be available.

Additional cards should be really easy to add if the gateways support them.
