I changed to Thawte for my server certificate because they are much cheaper.
They provide a JavaScript to verify web security. This script is causing
severe problems on my sites. The company says they are having some
problems. If you have Thawte, make sure you site is running as fast as it
use to. I changed to static images to solve this problem

You can get a GeoTrust SSL certificate from EV1 Servers
(www.ev1servers.net) for $49/year. InstantSSL (www.instantssl.com) is
also only $50/year. The cheapest cert I could find on Thawte's site was
$159.
