Any way to make "More Info" pages NOT indexed / searchable?

Is there any way to make SOME (not all) products / More Info pages not show
up in search results?

For example, if I have a product with "cheese" in the product name, but I
don't want the product or More Info page to appear when someone searches for
"cheese", is this possible?

The only way to do this would be to remove the product with 'cheese' in
the name from search results altogether by changing it's Search
Destination setting to None (and save changes and pulish).
