On our current Check Out screen, The shipping options dropdown box contains
four entries:
1) Choose a shipping option
2) Ground
3) 2nd day
4) International
Is there a way to default to Ground shipping rather then force the customer
to choose the shipping. I can get rid of the "Choose a Shipping Option" but
then a blank appears in the list. We've had numerous customers abandon the
cart or call us because they don't read the screen and can't continue with
the check-out.
I don't think this was the default before we upgraded to SS7.
