Zip Code Problems

Hello,

Since the installation of the Shopsite 7.03 patch, we have not had zip code
problems with customers whose address is in the USA.

However, we still have continuous problems with international customers.

Either:

New International Customers-They cannot place an order. The zip code field
will not accept their postal code, and will not accept a blank field. They
end up giving up or phoning the order.

Existing customers-they are unable to change their address due to the above
zip code field problem.


Any solutions?

What error message do international customers get when they enter their
zip code and select their country? What is your shipping configuration
(i.e. are you using UPS, a custom shipping add-on, or what)?
