Cart Fields in E-mail receipt

Can anyone tell me exactly which text fields/field headers from the
shopping cart appear in the e-mail receipt? I'm working on our SS7
upgrade, but, in the past I've found that logical additions to the text
for the shopping cart pages create some confusion when the same text
appears in a customer's e-mail receipt.

Assistance is appreciated.
