How do you send a product and page template to somebody running shopsite to
test?
I assume you send as an .html file and then they must upload it in templates
section?

ShopSite templates are text files so you could send it either as an

attachement or include it in the email as text. Although the file
extension doesn't really matter it is probably a good idea to not give
it an .html extension since it is really an html page that could be
viewed with a browser.
