Checkout Page Not Loading Correctly

Hi,

We are using Shopsite Pro v 6.3. Lately, we've had a few customers
claim that the checkout page (where they enter Billing Address, etc.)
isn't fully loading. We do have somewhat lengthy "Important Shipping
Information" text at the top of the page, but there in nothing funny in
the formatting or code. At first, I thought people just weren't
scrolling down. However, I've managed to confirm with a few that there
are no scroll bars to scroll. For the few who were web savvy enough to
tell me, it appears to be a Netscape problem (one says he was using NS
7.1), but I can't duplicate it.

Any ideas?

There are nesting issues or missing closing table (and other) tags on
the page. Run the html generated for the page through the html checker at
http://www.htmlhelp.com/tools/validator/ and see if you can find and
fix issues dealing with missing closing tags.
