Search and Subproducts

If we search for products within our shop, the result gives a page
without products and without footer if the result should contain a
subproduct or a product that contains subproducts. Does anyone knop
help? We use Shopsite Pro 6.3.1.

I have tried to get a response from Shopsite about ways to improve the
search results when you have subproducts, but have never received a
response.

I would like to see them fix the search results so the subproducts do not
show and make the use of search completely useless with subproducts. Our
only solution right now is to not use subproducts. Not a very good solution
since we are unable to use one of Shopsites nicer features.
