destroyed orders.stats.db.*-files

During the last Update fom 6.3.1 to 6.3.3 there must have been a problem
with my orders.stats.db.-Files. Since this time the stathandler.cgi
hangs sometimes. Does anyone know, how to create a new correct (empty)
set of these statistic files?
