I'm setting up a website for a client that is selling a product that has
a minimum order size of 750. From everything I've read, Shopsite will
not allow me to change the minimum from 1 to 750. Is this so? Is there
a work around?

There is no way to set a minimum order quantity. The only work around
that I can think of would be to sell the items in "lots" and have the
quantity of a "lot" be 750.
