Can someone tell me where the product and page includes such as
[-- INCLUDE Product-Price PROCESS --]
[-- INCLUDE Product-Sku PROCESS --]
[-- INCLUDE Product-Description PROCESS --]
[-- INCLUDE Product-AddToCartButton PROCESS --]
are supposed to live?
I downloded them (FTPed) and now I can't find where they were to begin with.
I see a folder on my server in this path=>
/client/home/thechurch/data/templates/includes, but it's empty!
I can still create products and pages but it's got me a bit nervous.

Can someone help.

Those look like the default ShopSite includes, which would be in the
templates/includes/ subdirectory of the Shopping Cart CGI Directory
(which is usually named sc, sb, or shopping_cart). You should not edit
the files in that directory (the ones in the Shopping Cart CGI Directory
will be overwritten by the next ShopSite upgrade), rather copy them to
your data/templates/includes directory and edit them there.

Note that the Copy ShopSite Include function at the bottom of
Merchandising -> Custom Templates (ShopSite v7 Manager and Pro) is for
doing exactly this, so you don't have to do the copying of files via FTP
or something.
