SS7 Upgrade Bug

Since upgrading to SS7 the customer names on old orders in the Back Office
have disappered. The address and all the other info is still there, just the
names are gone in both the Bill To & Ship To addresses. This is a potential
problem with backordered orders.

Anyone else experience this?
