UPS returns error on Country Code

Hello All,

My cart returns an error when trying to figure shipping costs to ship from
Texas to Canada. More specifially when I try to enter the Postal Code " G1L
1P1"

You can test it by going to
http://store.ciscodata.com/Store/cisco- ... uters.html and adding
the product to the cart. Use the Postal code above and check out the error.
I verified via the UPS site that they do in fact ship to this valid Canadian
address.

When I configured UPS I checked all of the options for UPS Services,
Commercial, Daily Pick-Up, Both options for validation, and the remaining
default options.

Any ideas?

Chris

PS. I also tried an Hawaii ZIP, just to see what would happen, and it gave
me an option to Ground ship it. I read somewhere that it would only return
viable options.

As a follow up to my PS, I tried it again after I posted this and this time
the system only returned Air options. Interesting...

I am still getting the other error though. It reads:

"UPS Message: The requested service is unavailable between the selected
locations. "

Wow. I figured it out. Under Commerce Setup >State and Country> Countries>
Country List I had to click "Select All". Voila! I was under the impression
it was already done because of all the Green Checkmarks to the right, but I
guess not. Once I clicked "Select All" now all of the boxes on the left have
checkmarks in them too. Might be nice to have them already checked by
default.
