How to give away free products... to certain website users?

Hi

We need to reward certain sites linking to us
with a free product.
Is this possible with ShopSite® Pro 6.3.0 ?

Details:
In our case we sell shoes online. And we want to
reward certain websites (noteably our affiliate)
with a free pair of socks to any customers that
they generate.

That is all visitors using one of the affiliates'
links will have a special price for Gentlemans
Weekend Socks (i.e. they are free) provided that
they are buying a pair of shoes (ie spending more
than say GBP 50.00 on the website).

Can shopsite do this?

P.S. There are more than one colour of sock - and each colour
is treated as a separate product on our system.
