Zip code errors

I've spoken with different users and there seems to be a problem with
some configurations of personal firewalls and certain privacy controls
(Norton Internet Security or ZoneAlarm Pro) causing shoppers to
repeatedly have to enter their zip code. They are prompted 2-3+ times.
I'm using version 7. Is this a problem in ver. 7.0.3? Or is there a
way to correct this in any version?

This was a problem in the 7.0.0 release. It has been fixed in the 7.0.3
