"Sale Price" and "Poweredit" no longer available

When I go to edit my products, I no longer have the ability to "Power
Edit", or search for products by SKU, PRICE, or DESCRIPTION.

I was also made aware by a customer that one of my products shows a sale
price on the product page, but when she adds it to the cart, the cart lists
the item as the regular price and not the sale price.

So I went in to "EDIT PRODUCT INFO" and the box for stating a "Sale Price"
is no longer there.

Your store is currently a ShopSite Starter store. ShopSite Starter does
not have the On Sale feature, nor does it have the Power Edit feature.
ShopSite Starter stores are also limited to 5 Pages and 15 Products. To
see a feature comparison between the different ShopSite product levels,
go to:
http://www.shopsite.com/scchecklist.html

If your store was at one time a ShopSite Manager or Pro store, you would
have seen these features, and may have created your store pages while
using the On Sale feature. But once the store was dropped down to the
Starter level, you could no longer use those features. If those are
features you want, you will need to discuss this with your hosting
provider, Bizland, and find out why your store was reduced to a lower
product level and find out what needs to be done to get it back up to a
higher product level if that is what you want.

Contact your hosting company (Bizland) and have them look into the
issue. The shopping cart for your store says that it is a Starter
version but if you had Power edit and search for SKU etc for products
your store was a Pro version. (Starter doesn't allow onsale so that is
why it isn't displaying) The way this could happen is if they have
different versions of the <storeid>.auth file in the data directory,
shopping cart cgi directory and shopsite cgi directory. There should
only be one real <storeid>.auth file in the data directory and the sc
and ss should be links to that file.

It took Bizland a week and a half, but thanks to Loren they were able to fix
my problem.
Thanks Loren.
