UPS & Fed Ex Real Time Shipping for a Drop Ship e-Tailer

code - we have 70+. All our SKU's have a code that can be used to identify
the supplier. I'm thinking what we need is an API that would parse the SKU
for the supplier code, get the supplier zip code and then pass that to the
UPS or FedEx real time module. Does anyone know if something like this
exists? Or could you recommend a ShopSite savvy developer that could/would
write this for us.
