Is there any way to accept jcb cards?
Authorize.net supports them.

JBC is not one of the credit cards that ShopSite currently handles.

You might be able to setup one of the generic payment methods to get the
customer information for the JBC card and then manually process the card
through Authorize.net but there is no way that it can be done
automatically like VISA or Mastercard.
