Customers Not Receiving their Receipt

Just got this message from one of my clients:

"I am receiving a ton of these messages (see below) today. For some reason,
my customers are not getting confirmation emails upon placing their
order..."

from the customer

".... to let you know that I did not receive my receipt by e-mail. There
was some type of error."


Can someone help me with this?
