Database Error

When I try to download my Products database, ShopSite gives me a message
that I cannot download due to an error in the database. The error reads as
follows:

File name: /home/sites/home/data/products.db

dbck: BAD: Memory overlap. B: pos 854720, size 528; Cur: pos 855240, size
1168; A: pos 3310896, size 16064..
dbck: phase is FSM.
dbck: record: -1; field -1.
DB Version 2.1

I am running version 5.0 on a dedicated Linux server. How can I fix this??
