payment by JCB card

I want to add a new credit card to my site. The default cards in Payment
Setup include Diner's Club/Carte Blanche. Is there a way to change the
text so it reads JCB instead?

No, you can't change the name of the credit card options, hoever you can
change the labels of the Generic Payment Options (Preferences -> Store
Text -> Checkout) and use those to collect JCB info.
