I am significantly expanding my affiliate program. I am looking for a
program that interfaces well with ShopSite 6.3.1. What I am looking for is
a program that allows the affiliate to logon and track their own orders,
recieve email/fax copies if required, ideally interfaced to Quicken, etc.

I'm looking for one that works. I have been looking at kowabunga.com and
they appear to have several of the features. Does anyone have a suggestion,
recommendation, comment, etc to assist me with this mission.

I have a list of affiliate programs that I have integrated with ShopSite
Pro listed here: http://www.chandlerweb.com/products.html

Note that I have not used these as a merchant myself (beyond making sure
that the ShopSite sales registered in the system), but it's a good list
to start with to see if any have the features you want.
