Inv# and Description not appearing in Email Receipts with Au

Inv# and Description not appearing in Email Receipts with Au

The auto genereated email receipt to my customers does not show the Invoice#
or the Description. They're both blank. Is this a ShopSite setting or an
AuthNet setting - or both! that I've missed. Here's an example:
========= GENERAL INFORMATION =========

Merchant : Ahoy Captain

Date/Time : 17-Oct-2003 08:05:55 AM

========= ORDER INFORMATION =========

Invoice :

Description :

Amount : 34.45 (USD)

Payment Method : Visa

==== BILLING INFORMATION ===





Any help would be appreciated.

That is the Authorize.net email, not the ShopSite-generated email. The
ShopSite-generated email contains that information. You can turn of the
Authorize.net emails in Authorize.net's settings so that duplicate
receipts aren't sent.
