How to upload with the Graphic Border set to Zero?

Postby Heartsmith » Thu Sep 25, 2003 7:20 am

I have been trying to upload my files into my shopsite pro store 6.3.1 and
have been having an awful time trying to eliminate the active link borders
from the products graphic image.

See here, about 3/4 of the way down the page you will find two lockets with
blue borders around the thumbnails:

When I upload, using Stoneedge Product Manager with the borders set to zero
-I still get a border. Is there any text file format that will add a
product with a border of zero?

Thanks,
Lauren

Thank you Steve from Phoenix! I was able to track down this problem and
solve it also.

I will share the solution with the forum because I think there are others
out there that may run into this - After uploading from Product Manager
(Stoneedge) the images that were ftp'd independently into the Shopsite
folder were displaying a colored border.

It is really quite simple - Just go into "Images"
Select the ones in question or all of them, (it doesn't really matter) and
click on the "Reset Image Attirbutes" and your border disappears!
