be doing this on my own. Where do I download the current version (or do I
need to go through sales for this)?
One other question - while reading through forum messages I noticed one from
9/10 that remained unanswered regarding Customer Registration?? any future
plans for this??

If you are using ShopSite v6.2x then your ShopSite is configured to send
the email through an SMTP server, just like the email program on your
desktop does. If the problem is intermittent, then the SMTP server may
be having intermittent problems. If you upgrade to v6.3 then you can
choose (assuming your ShopSite is on a UNIX-based server, not Windows)
between using an SMTP server and using the UNIX sendmail binary, which
in some cases is more stable than an SMTP server. If your ShopSite was
upgraded to v6.2 from a previous version, then it was previously using
the sendmail binary, and upgrading to v6.3x will automatically switch
you back to that configuration.
