Why doesn't the page display the same way?

Hi All,
I've recently upgraded from manager to the newest version of Shopsite Pro.
I am trying to create another page the same in every way s others in my
site, except different products and a different page banner.

I am using text3 on left, and a background image for the text links I use on
the left side (in text 3)
If you look at this page here it displays the way it should:

But look HERE at what I'm working on today and see what is happening!

Ideas, are welcome.

I have no idea why, but after 24 hours or so, the page now displays in a
reasonably correct way. And I ruled out IE cache inconsistencies as I work
with two computers and it was the same on both. Go figure!
