HELP! Cookie Hell

Does anyone know of a bug with shopsite 6.1 and Windows 98?
My site works fine on Windows 2000 and Windows XP using Explore 6 but on
a Windows 98 machine the cookies are not retained meaning that nothing
is ever added to the shopping cart. I have checked the internet
security settings, cookies setting, everything that I can think of and
it all seems to boil down to Windows 98. I need to get this site live
asap so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check the date/time setting on your Windows 98 computer and make sure it
is correct. Also, what kind of internet connection do you have one the
Windows 98 computer? Is it different than the others?
